​Combining Bowen Therapy and Gentle Somatic Yoga(R), this 90 minute session re-programs the body’s muscle memory patterns with simple, slow, pain-free movements, giving you longer lasting relief from your Bowen treatment, and the skill to soften muscle tension in-between appointments

Inspired by Hanna Somatics and Hatha yoga, these slow, gentle, simple mindful movement flows relax chronically tight muscles due to injuries, postural issues, stress and surgery, relieving associated pain, improving posture and increasing flexibility. In a one to one lesson, learn how to prevent, re-program the body's muscle memory patterns, alleviate and reverse the root cause of most muscle chronic muscle pain, joint pain and general stiffness combined with a Bowen treatment

No yoga experience or flexibility required

I recommend a course of 3 Bowen + Yoga sessions initially but a single session is an option

Treatment time includes a valuable rest for up to fifteen minutes in a Restorative yoga pose/Savasana
Sessions then conclude with a complimentary water or herb tea
